I have lived in a lot of different places and had good and bad experiences with movers. The most important thing you can do when making a move in California is to select from some of the best CA movers out there.

There are a ton of CA movers located guess where? That is right in California. The land of glitz and glamour. Now with that being said all moving companies are not the same. It is sad but true that as in every industry there are scammers and those that prey on the unwitting.

Just remember that verbal commitments are just that. Verbal. Be sure that above all else you get everything in writing.

California movers should also provide their customers with the necessary information concerning the highest price of the move.

Once the highest price is given the moving company can't charge any higher than that price for the move. Remember that if you ask for additional services that you will of course be charged extra for any service that is above and beyond the quoted amount.

California is a wonderful place to live. The city of Los Angeles offers everything that a person could want. There are great homes, good paying jobs, nightlife, exotic cuisine and some of the best entertainment anywhere in the world.

Not all movers are the same. Above all else especially when we it comes to moving and moving companies, you get what you pay for.

Don't ever go with the cheapest only because they are the cheapest.

Hiring a California mover based on price alone may very well end up being one of the biggest regrets of your life.

Some things you need to make sure of when it comes to hiring California movers is that you want to make sure that the moving company uses drivers that are familiar with the area that you are moving to.

If you end with an out of town or even out of state driver this could cause delays in you getting your furniture.

Unfortunately there are many fraudulent California movers out there.

At a minimum you need to do your due diligence to make sure that you California mover has all of the required documentation and permits that are required to move your belongings.

Some cities in California require that each moving company obtain a permit from that particular city in order to deliver to you.

Another thing you want to ask is if your California mover uses trucks are equipped with GPS.
